Booty Blueprint

A 6 week at home strength and Pilates style program focused on lifting, sculpting, and strengthening your glutes while tightening your core. With just three workouts a week, this program delivers effective, efficient results that fit easily into real life.

Rooted

A gentle 3 week beginner program created to help you start again with confidence. Through foundational strength, Pilates, and mindful movement, you will stabilize your body, reconnect to your core, and build a strong, supportive base without overwhelm.

Rising

An intermediate 3 week strength program designed to build power and progression. This program layers intentional intensity with Pilates inspired core work to help your body adapt, grow stronger, and move with confidence you can trust.

Reigning

An advanced 3 week fusion of strength and Pilates that brings everything together. Reigning focuses on integration, control, and mastery so you can move as one strong, capable body with flow, awareness, and presence.

No 90-minute marathons. No pushing past your limits. Just movement that leaves you feeling stronger, clearer, and more at home in your body, mind, and soul.

Vero Movement goes beyond workouts. You’ll also find whole-food nutrition education, simple recipes, mindfulness, breathwork, journaling, and grounding practices you can actually use day to day, all built to support you through every phase of life.
